Service
What this covers
We handle this matter end to end — assessment, documentation, filing and representation where required. Before any work begins you receive a written scope setting out precisely what is included, what is not, and the fee for each stage.
Every matter is assigned to a named consultant who remains your single point of contact. You will not be asked to re-explain your situation to a new person each time you call, and you will not be handed a bill that differs from the quote.
How we approach it
- Assessment. We review the facts and any notice, order or agreement you have received, then tell you candidly whether your position is strong, arguable or weak.
- Strategy. We set out the realistic options — including settlement or withdrawal where that genuinely serves you better than proceeding.
- Documentation. Drafting, verification and collation of every supporting document, gathered once rather than in repeated requests.
- Filing and follow-through. Submission within statutory timelines, with hearing attendance and milestone updates in plain language.
Acting early almost always costs less. Most matters that become expensive did so because a statutory deadline passed before anyone reviewed the file.
Documents you will usually need
- Government-issued photo identity and address proof
- Any notice, summons, order or correspondence already received
- Relevant agreements, deeds, invoices or account statements
- Company incorporation and registration documents, for business matters
- Authorisation or vakalatnama, which we prepare for you
If something on this list is missing or lost, say so early — there is almost always a lawful route to reconstructing or substituting it.
Common questions
Usually within one working day of receiving your documents. Where a limitation period is closing within 72 hours, we triage the matter the same day — call rather than email in that situation.
You receive a fixed quote before engagement wherever the work permits it. For litigation we quote stage by stage, so you always know the cost of the next step rather than facing an open-ended total. Government fees and statutory charges are listed separately at cost.
Rarely. Most registration, compliance and advisory work is completed remotely with documents exchanged digitally. Personal attendance is generally required only where a statute or the court expressly demands it, and we tell you well in advance when that applies.
Yes. Everything you share is treated as privileged and confidential, including during an initial enquiry that does not become an engagement. We do not share enquiry details with third parties.
